Insurance

Twinoak is an out-of-network provider. On request we provide a monthly superbill you may submit to your insurer. Coverage for couples counseling varies; we recommend calling your plan in advance. Under the No Surprises Act you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges.

Cancellation policy

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are charged at 50% of the session fee, except in emergencies.
